Think positive

motivTake a negative feeling that your mental illness gives you, and turn it into a positive.

You can always put a positive spin onto things, even if it’s not easy to see it right away.

Yes!! I always say this. When I was struggling with my illness I felt so low and my friend turned to me and encouraged me to take the bad, the negative and turn it into something positive. And BAM that night I created my site and started blogging to help others. Good post, Hayley! 🙂

You may be a little young to know Canadian singer Alanis Morrisette, but she has a pretty cool song called “One Hand In My Pocket” and this post reminded me of it. Give it a listen some time…actually she has an album “Jagged Little Pill” that you would probably love if you haven’t heard it already. 😊
