Such a simple way to put this yet so profound. I love it! There are tools out there for you. I deal with panic disorder and anxiety and have learned tools to help me. I didn’t want to leave my house for a bit years ago, but forced myself too. It didn’t always turn out well but over time and with help I found my way again. There are tools out there and you have all the control to use them and conquer your life. I know it is hard . You are young and have a whole beautiful life ahead of you.

Your artwork perfectly suits the context. And Your words have captured where I am right now – realising that I need to help myself to be free from the troubles that were drowning me. Thank you!

Reblogged this on Renaissance Heart and commented:
I wanted to reblog this as I’m big on using art and drawing to represent feelings and it very much compliments both the tools and inner child topics I’ve blogged about today. Also, this blogger is very ‘real’ – whether it’s rough or smooth, this girl tells it how it is and I recommend a Follow!
