I look forward to hearing from you,
Hi Lauren, I love your blog it’s one of my favourites. I was wondering if you’d mind me stealing your 31 days thing of the questions. I don’t have BPD but I love things like that and it’s a nice thing to do as a distraction. Hope you’re well x

Thank you – I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it. Be my guest! I hope you complete it a lot quicker than I did (it took 5 months, I’m useless!) x

Hi Lauren! ✨
I just looked through your blog and my heart has been touched. Your story is so inspiring. Your words are gentle yet informative. I love how open you are about who you REALLY are- it’s beautiful. I myself suffer from mental illness, and often find hope through other people’s stories and experiences. It’s re-assuring knowing you’re not alone. The messages you have on your blog are wonderful- please keep sharing! I hope you continue living a beautiful life, and find inspiration in the words you write. Stay genuine, Lauren 💕
Much love! xx

Thank you, Katelyn – that’s very kind of you to say. I think we all gain a lot from reading other’s blogs; as you say it’s great to know that we’re not in this alone! 🙂 xx

Thanks for the feedback on my blog post. I hope you know a little of the back story about DBT– Marsha Linehan was an institutionalized teenager who everyone had given up on because of her problems, but she went on to not only overcome them but created the mostly widely used treatment for BPD (which also has lots of great tools for practically anyone; I use them all the time).

Hi Lauren. I know you often include your drawings in your blog. I thought of your blog when I saw the photos in this post. http://www.upworthy.com/a-photographer-took-12-stunning-pictures-to-capture-how-depression-and-anxiety-can-feel?c=ufb3

Hi Sandra. Thanks for sharing. I’ve seen a couple of these images floating around the internet before. Seeing them all together as a collective though, they’re fantastic and so powerful!
